DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Transportation Business Unit, managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic customers operating primarily within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The role combines strategic account management with a strong business development focus and ownership of a customer portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with key strategic customers, acting as their primary commercial partner.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer acquisition activities.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, and proposal development.
Monitor operational and financial performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.




Analyze customer-specific KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers while contributing directly to the growth and profitability of the Transportation Business Unit.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification or Master's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be considered a strong plus.
Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Management within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Solid commercial acumen and experience managing large and complex customer portfolios.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and translate insights into actions.
Fluent English.
Salary Range: €50,000 - €57,000 Gross Annual Salary
