You will partner with the Digital Group CRM & Client Product Senior Manager to translate customer needs into actionable CRM initiatives and data-driven improvements.
You will own the CRM governance, KPI catalogue and reporting, ensuring consistency across geographies and channels.
A luxury background and fluent Italian/English are required.
