Key Responsibilities and Activities Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Global teams to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable research objectives.
Collect and challenge research briefs, defining the most appropriate research approach to address business questions.
Design and manage ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects, working closely with external research agencies and internal stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end research projects, from methodology design and questionnaire/discussion guide development to final insight generation and recommendation delivery.
Integrate multiple sources of information, including market data, consumer research, shopper insights, social listening, trend platforms, and syndicated datasets Circana, Sinottica, Household Panel and other market intelligence sources).
Manage different research methodology and combining them to meet internal stakeholder's brief (packaging and shelf test, concept and product test,



adv post-test and effect on brand equity, segmentation, shopper behavior..) Identify emerging consumer, category and cultural trends to support innovation, communication, and portfolio strategies.
Synthesize complex information into clear, impactful insights and strategic recommendations to support marketing and trade teams in the preparation of brand and channel plans.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders, in both Italian and English.
Contribute to the development of a consumer-centric culture across the organization by proactively sharing insights and best practices.
