Overview

You will help clients transform their supply chains through Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; within a multinational, cross-functional team. You’ll translate business needs into effective digital solutions, influencing process design and system configuration to enable end-to-end efficiency. You’ll work closely with Operations and project teams to deliver scalable SCM transformations and ensure smooth go-live and hypercare. This role offers hands-on impact in complex environments and the chance to contribute to innovative, data-driven implementations.

Responsabilità

- Analyse as-is Operations processes and define to-be processes across Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales & Distribution
- Configure the SCM modules of Dynamics 365 F&O; following Microsoft best practices
- Prepare functional documentation: Business Requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, Functional Design Documents, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with Operations users during workshops, requirement gathering,



validation sessions, and solution definition
- Support SIT/UAT testing: create test cases, execute tests, analyze defects, and validate solutions
- Oversee integration points with Finance and shop-floor/warehouse systems to ensure end-to-end process coherence
- Participate in cut-over and go-live, providing operational support during hypercare

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; in Supply Chain / Operations
- Familiarity with key processes: P2P, order-to-cash, MRP, BOMs, routings
- Understanding of integrations between Operations modules and finance/accounting (e.g., inventory valuation, cost accounting)
- Ability to facilitate workshops with key plant/warehouse users
- Structured, detail-oriented with strong priority management
- Fluent in English; able to work in multinational/multi-country contexts
- Willingness to travel for project phases
