Responsibilities:
SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
ContributingtotheCompanyandProcurementCommodityteamobjectives;
EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;




Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel,pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
SupportingBiddingandStartupteamduringbiddingphase;
Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
SupportingtheCommodityteamindefiningandimplementingCommoditystrategies.
Requirements:
5 plus years' experience inthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
SpecialistDegreeinEngineering/Economy/BusinessManagement ;
Marketanalysisandbenchmarkingskills;
Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
ExcellentmasteryofMSOffice,SAPMM;
Availabletotravelandstayto/atworksitesandjointventures;

Contractual Terms and Compensation

Employment Contract: Permanent contract;
Annual Gross Salary: 55.000- 60.000;
