In this role, you will cultivate and scale partnerships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them succeed. You will use data-driven insights to optimize collaborations, drive revenue growth, and deliver measurable impact for both partners and Glovo. You’ll lead onboarding and cross-functional initiatives to tailor solutions that meet partner needs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with a clear growth and strategic impact. You will work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to unlock value at scale.

Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo
Drive revenue growth via promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and guide measurable growth
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service)
Oversee partner onboarding in the app, from store setup to first days, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales
