Ashby is seeking a Support Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing training for AMER and EMEA. You will design and deliver training programs, create materials, and partner with the Training Lead to align with product updates and support objectives.
In this role you’ll blend hands-on coaching with scalable content, running workshops and creating guides, videos, and tutorials while staying close to frontline support to ensure practical learning and measurable outcomes.
