This position will drive efforts in the areas of employee relations, performance management, organizational design/efficiency, training, and communication. As a Sr HR Generalist / HR Partner you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support by managing various HR aspects including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy compliance. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our HR initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving employee engagement, supporting workforce development, change management initiatives and contributing to the retention of top talent across the business.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE 8+ years of experience in HR, ideally in an ISC site, with strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesProven experience managing employee relations including investigations and conflict resolutionProficiency in relevant HR software and tools applicable to the role WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related fieldAnalytical, action-oriented mindset with sound judgment, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience across core HR processes, including talent management, workforce planning, coaching, selection, training, succession planning, and project execution.
