Overview In this role, you will proactively research and analyze new hotel opportunities in the assigned area and drive their incorporation under franchise. You will act as a functional liaison for negotiations with internal partners and manage feasibility studies. You'll present projects for approval, prioritize them per the expansion plan, and build a strong local network to support growth. The position involves market analysis, negotiations, and close collaboration with the VP Development to shape the company's strategic expansion.
