OverviewAs Head of Finance, you will lead a growing finance team and oversee accounting, tax, and treasury across WeRoad’s international entities. You’ll partner with FP&A; to enable budgeting and forecasting, while driving controls and process automation to scale the business. You’ll act as the main liaison for auditors, banks, and advisors, shaping financial strategy in a fast-paced scaleup. Responsabilità

Lead and grow a finance team of ~10 people across Accounting, Tax and TreasuryOversee end-to-end accounting cycles and monthly/quarterly/year-end close for all entitiesSupervise tax compliance and planning (direct/indirect taxes, travel VAT regimes) with tax managers and external advisorsManage treasury and cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, multi-currency payments, and working capital optimizationPartner with FP&A; on budgeting, planning,



and forecasting with reliable data and insightsDrive process improvement and automation to scale finance operations and strengthen internal controlsServe as main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and banks; support reporting to Board and investorsSupport reporting and governance in a fast-growing, multi-entity international environment

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 5 years in senior finance management, preferably in fast-growing, multi-entity international settingsStrong background in accounting, tax and treasury with solid Italian GAAP knowledge; IFRS knowledge is a plusExperience in budgeting, planning and forecasting processesProven experience leading and developing teams of around 10 people, with hands-on leadershipStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into business insightsFamiliarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central is a plusTech-savvy with hands-on experience using automation/AI tools to streamline finance processesFluent in English and Italianleadership and people managementanalytical mindsetattention to detailItalian GAAPIFRS (plus)ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
