Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers as their primary commercial partnerIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and via new customer acquisitionLead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, and proposal developmentMonitor operational and financial performance to meet customer expectationsAnalyze customer KPIs and drive continuous performance improvementsPartner with Operations, Planning, Customer Service,

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fieldPostgraduate qualification in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a strong plusProven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Management in transportation, logistics, or supply chainSolid commercial acumen and experience managing large, complex customer portfoliosExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionsFluent Englishstakeholder managementcommunicationnegotiationKPI analysisdata interpretationbusiness development
