• Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives
• Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities
• Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

• Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Collaborate with international schools and universities
• Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy Onboarding & Training
• Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners
• Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives
• Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent HR Operations & Projects
• Support HR daily activities across all functions
• Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives)
• Work closely with department heads and leadership team
