- Project Management: management of electrical orders, from initial planning to implementation and commissioning of systems. - Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and definition of corrective actions. - Planning & Scheduling: definition of milestones, activity planning, and monitoring of order progress. - Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems. - Supplier and Procurement Management: coordination of suppliers, preparation of technical purchasing specifications, evaluation of offers, and verification of supplies. - Technical Alignment: verification of the conformity of proposed solutions to technical, economic, and contractual requirements. - Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational criticalities. - Stakeholder Management: interfacing with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities. - Document Supervision: control of technical documentation and verification of compliance with project and regulatory standards.
