For our Florence headquarters, Lionard is seeking a
Legal Specialist
to strengthen the company’s Legal Department.
The successful candidate will support the Company in contract management, corporate compliance processes (focusing on Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection, and Privacy), and litigation/debt collection, providing strategic advice and technical legal opinions to executive management and internal departments.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Contractual & Real Estate:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements and contracts, with a focus on real estate brokerage agreements, commercial negotiations, as well as employment and collaboration contracts;
Compliance & Governance:
Managing, monitoring, and updating processes related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Protection (GDPR/Privacy), and Intellectual Property, while providing support to clients regarding AML regulations;
Internal Legal Advisory:
Providing legal opinions and specialized support to internal business functions and Executive Management for day-to-day operations and extraordinary transactions;
Litigation & External Relations Management:
Assisting in managing litigation and debt recovery activities,



liaising with external law firms and legal professionals;
Regulatory Monitoring:
Continuously tracking legislative updates to ensure full legal compliance aligned with strategic business objectives.

Requirements
Professional Qualification:
Qualification to practice law (Admission to the Bar);
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role, gained within structured law firms or corporate legal departments;
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Real Estate Law;
Proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Data Protection (GDPR) regulations;
Expertise in commercial contract clauses and civil litigation/debt collection principles;
Language Skills:
Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
