The Position We're looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our Communication team. If you're passionate about storytelling, have an eye for content creation, and possess proven experience in crafting engaging content across various platforms, then you might be the person we're looking for Responsibilities Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content, including Creation articles for website and copy for social network Videos: Ideation, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), tutorials, interviews, and explainer videos Design and creation of clear and informative infographics to present complex data and concepts in a visually appealing way Creation of static graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials Podcasts/Audio: (Optional, if relevant to the company) Support in the production and editing of audio content AI: Involvement in experimental projects related to the use of AI for communication and digital marketing Stay updated on the latest social media trends, new creative formats, and content production tools Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Digital Media, Humanities, Public Relations, or a related field; Strong visual and verbal storytelling abilities.communication skills (verbal and written)

- ability to write and deliver training courses and materials; Strong understanding of social media dynamics and best practices for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, (it is a plus to have a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-quality content across various platforms) Experience in video editing software and graphic design software Proven experience and skills in Artificial Intelligence Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level or higher)
