La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.Inside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution & HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; Drive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations.Optimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; Support existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team.Promoting and encouraging the Innovations; Project Management:Full lifecycle management of business solution projects; Supervise RFI/RFPprocesses and tender documentation; Architect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders; Manage solution roll-outs to end users.Innovation:Scout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; AI Integration & Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency.Application Maintenance: Oversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance,



and system integration, including:SLA-based incident and ticket management; User lifecycle management (creation to closure); Functional and data change service requests; Availability monitoring and tool maintenance.Maintain CMDB data for software solutions; Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software EngineeringEnglish language: Intermediate levelProfessional experience:3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position with focus on project management activities in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting companyAdditional knowledge:Project management fundamentalsProven experience xysqume with AI tools and technologiesSoftware development lifecycle (UR analysis, Development, testing, deploy)Experience on Database and SQLNice to have: Experience with SalesforceNice to have: Agile development methodologyNice to have: Data/processes integration between applicationsThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 40.000,00 and Eur 45.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
