Traffic & Logistics Specialist - ECOM Italia Reports to: Traffic Manager ECOM Italia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Genoa. The role will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting the management of the supply chain and ensuring efficient coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and the internal team. Support and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries Manage customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective communication Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and other logistics partners Support order management, documentation and administrative activities Contribute to improving logistics processes and operational efficiency Ensure smooth business continuity and high service standards Fluent Italian and English,



both written and spoken Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or a similar operational role Good computer skills and confidence working with business software and Microsoft Office Dynamic, motivated, resourceful and proactive attitude Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Your goal will be to ensure that our customers' requirements are met, logistics processes run efficiently and daily operations are executed accurately and on time.
