Act as a strategic interface between key customers, Sales KAM, and internal supply chain functions to deliver high service levels, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement.Coordinate a team of P2P analysts, who are managing different customers inside the regionKey Responsibilities:Customer Collaboration & Relationship ManagementAct as Logistic Key Account for strategic customers and Sales Key Account Manager.Lead weekly performance reviews and planning meetings in direct contact with Customers and sales team.Develop collaborative forecasting models and ensure alignment with supply chain capabilities.Plan regular customer visits and touchpoints.Manage customer orders across channels (direct shipment from factory warehouses, consignment stock).Optimize availability using planning tools (e.G., OMP).Create orders/contracts, call-offs, delivery notes, and coordinate execution.Monitor open orders, allocations, delivery performance,
