The Buyer for Direct Material(Sourcing Professional) is responsible for: Contribute to developand executelong term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership,sales,engineering,and manufacturingobjectives. Deal with New Product Development, driving supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering,sales,productleadershipandotherprocurementteamin accordance withthe business strategy Partner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership,SalesandEngineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity Develop negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals andobjectivesof supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowestpossible costfor material,
