Overview In this HR Business Partner role, you will lead people strategies and drive recruitment for the launch of a new manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to design scalable hiring and talent development plans, supporting the site's installation, start-up, and ramp-up in a global, quality-focused environment. You will shape the employer brand within the local community and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce planning and people processes. This is a strategic greenfield project offering meaningful impact on talent, culture, and operational success.
