The Activations Marketing

Executive will support the Senior Activations Marketing Executive in executing strategic activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong interest in developing Marketing strategies and delivering high-impact events and activations. Support the implementation of activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.

Event Deliver: Collaborate to the execution of a range of events, from large scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.



Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.

Vendor Management: Support the management relations with external vendors and partners for event-related services. Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.

Team Collaboration: High level verbal and written English and Italian Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similars. Knowledge of world of sports & lifestyle and youth culture.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player with solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills. Geographically mobile. Open to travel to cover events and activations.

Experience and Availability A previous of Marketing experience within apparel, sportswear or relevant lifestyle Brands/Retailers is appreciated. Geographically mobile.
