Experience leading software engineering teams in a technology organization.
Experience developing engineers and future leaders through coaching, feedback, and career support. Technical background in software engineering, with experience in backend, platform, web, or mobile technologies.
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. Understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices.
