In this role, you lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, adoption, and revenue across the customer journey. You'll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support customers at every stage.
You'll identify key lifecycle moments to drive product usage and expansion, and you'll measure impact to optimize ROI and retention. This is a pivotal role in Deel's customer experience and growth strategy.

and retention Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, and report on ROI to guide strategy Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology ~ Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data ~ Hands-on xrdztoy experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams ~ Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones ~ collaboration across teams ~ HubSpot ~ A/B testing
