- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Drive best practices in data engineering, including testing, CI/CD, and production deployments
- Optimize performance, cost, and scalability across data workloads
- Contribute to architecture decisions while remaining deeply involved in implementation
- Support and mentor teams on Databricks capabilities and modern data stack approaches

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics (typically 7+ years)

- Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end data projects on Databricks
- Deep hands-on expertise with Spark and distributed systems (including performance tuning)
- Solid experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience building and deploying production-grade data pipelines
- Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps, and modern data platform practices
- Consulting mindset with the ability to work directly with clients and drive solutions

Nice to Have
