Responsibilities
Conduct medical-scientific information activities with healthcare professionals in assigned territory
Develop and maintain effective relationships with specialist stakeholders
Analyze territory to identify priorities, opportunities, and stakeholder needs
Plan and manage on-territory activities aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor activities and ensure complete, timely reporting via company systems
Requirements




Degree meeting regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical scientific information role
Minimum 1 year experience as pharmaceutical scientific information specialist
Strong territorial analysis and planning capabilities
Excellent Italian language skills and good English proficiency
Hematology and/or Oncology experience preferred
Customer-focused with professional relationship-building ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Compensation:
€41,400–€65,665 base annually, plus performance-based premio and sales commissions
