Responsibilities:
* Team Management ( Approx 6 SA)
* Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
* Build a strong customer experience
* Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
* Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
* Produce reports and specific analysis The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and

experience:
* Fluent spoken English and Italian
* At least 5 years in managerial role for PREMIUM or LUXURY Brands
* Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
* Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
* Business driven and detailed oriented
