pFor our Tortona head office, we are looking for a bBIM Coordinator /b who will join the technical office and support the preparation and submission of bids. /p pSpecifically, the BIM Coordinator will: /p ul liAnalyse tender documents, with a particular focus on design; /li liManage project models and surveys using BIM technology; /li liExtract data, schedules, tables and drawings from BIM models for the purpose of checking Bills of Quantities; /li liIdentify design solutions that optimise construction time and costs, in line with the methodological solutions provided for by BIM; /li liCoordinate the process of creating, managing and checking the digital models produced (using clash detection software); /li liSupport the Project Manager in setting up the Common Data Environment (CDE) during the start-up phase of a project; /li liPeriodically check the documentation produced to validate its compliance with contractual requirements, proposing where necessary the instructions needed to amend or supplement the deliverables; /li liSupport, in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents and the bid schedule,
