pUNIMORE seeks a research staff member to conduct theoretical and modeling work in electrical and thermal domains. The role includes developing and verifying analytical models and translating them into code for practical use. /ppThe project focuses on electro-thermal aspects in state-of-the-art transistor architectures, exploring innovative materials to study self-heating phenomena. Selection is based on qualifications and interview. /p
