As Legal Counsel you will provide high-level, responsive legal guidance to the Italian and East-European development and construction teams. You will oversee M&A-related; legal work with external firms and support business development, permitting, and corporate transactions in Italy and Eastern Europe. You will draft and review notarial deeds, EPC and O&M; contracts, and supply-chain agreements, ensuring client interests are protected.

You will advise on regulatory, compliance, and energy-sector matters and manage external counsel and legal spend. This role supports cross-border energy projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Lawyer qualified in Italy

6-7+ years in solar/renewable energy sector in Italy

Knowledge of solar PV development, acquisitions/disposals, EPC, O&M; contracts in Italy and East Europe

Fluent in Italian and English

Strong expertise in renewable energy project development, cross-border transactions

Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets

Comfortable in a dynamic, cross-functional environment cross-functional coordination clear communication
