Associate Clinical Operations Manager

At IQVIA, our Associate Clinical Operations Manager play a critical role in accelerating clinical trial start-up by leading the negotiation, preparation and execution of site agreements and associated legal documents. Working within a sponsor-dedicated environment,



you will partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contracts are negotiated efficiently while maintaining compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations. As a key contributor to study start-up timelines, you will leverage your negotiation expertise to resolve contractual issues, mitigate risks and drive timely site activation. Responsibilities

- Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites, ensuring agreements are completed on time and meet quality and compliance requirements.
- Manage contract changes and additional agreements while balancing business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support contract planning and study start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs.
- Help develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents.
