Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a QA Specialist in one of our opportunities in the Life Sciences industry in Italy?

Your missions?

• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents

• Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, approval, revision, and archiving

• Coordinate and monitor training activities, ensuring timely completion by team members

• Maintain training records and support the administration of the training management system

• Monitor document and training compliance, following up on overdue activities and supporting periodic reviews

• Collaborate with QA colleagues and other departments to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality procedures

• Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and training records

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and training processes

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or equivalent experience

• At least 1.5 year of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience in quality agreement management, deviations and compliance activities

• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems





• Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian: native or c2.

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 24,000 – EUR 36,000)

• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria
