h3About The Position /h3pThe Salesforce Digital Account Executive is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who works with Italian Central Government prospects and customers to evangelize our digital platform solutions that deliver relevant, personalized journeys across channels and devices. We are seeking an experienced quota-carrying sales executive who can work both as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor driving self-generated sales opportunities focused on the full Salesforce Digital technology stack. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBe the subject matter expert when it comes to Italian Central Government customers leveraging Salesforce Digital solutions within their organization /liliEducate the broader Account team you’ll work with on all Salesforce Digital technology capabilities /liliCollaborate with the Account and Territory team to identify target accounts and build compelling use cases and demonstration scenarios /liliGenerate business opportunities through networking and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene /liliOwn the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Digital technology stack - including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging,



and assistance with deal closure /liliMeet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas /liliEnsure customer satisfaction and retention /li /ulh3Required qualifications /h3ulli7+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with at least 3 years selling into Central Government accounts /liliProven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles /liliExperience navigating government procurement processes and contract vehicles /liliStrong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills /liliStrong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to build a clear and compelling narrative for Italian Central Government customers and prospects /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment in high-growth mode /liliFluent in Italian and English, with the right to work in Italy /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliPrior experience selling Digital technology solutions (e.g. marketing automation platforms) /li /ul
