Optimize systems: Your expertise will be crucial in configuring, installing and maintaining database management systems, ensuring that our systems are always running at peak performance. You'll be responsible for managing user access and implementing policies and procedures to protect our valuable data from unauthorized access and external threats. You will conduct capacity planning and growth projections based on usage, ensuring that our system is always scalable to meet our business needs.

You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with various teams to coordinate systematic database project plans that align with our organizational goals. You'll have the opportunity to propose and implement enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system, enabling us to deliver world‑class services to our customers.



Develop strong backup and recovery plans to ensure that our system is always protected in the event of a failure.

Support solutions: Use your technical acumen to support end users and application developers in solving complex problems related to our database systems.

Required skills and experience: Oracle DB implementation and management SQL PostGreSQL Preferred skills and experience: ~ Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on-prem to cloud. The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro. The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (tempo indeterminato).

The salary range for the position in Italy is € 49.530,00 to € 89.180,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
