pIL Cosmetics Group is seeking a Makeup Formulation Engineer in Romanengo (CR), Italy. You will develop new cosmetic formulations (powders, foundations, concealers, mascara) to meet marketing briefs and client needs. /ppYou will improve existing formulas, develop new shades, and monitor physico-chemical controls while supporting daily lab operations and supplier collaboration. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with some international travel expected. /p
