With a presence in more than 70 countries and 160 years of heritage, we turn individualknow-howinto collective progress. /p pWe are currently recruiting for a bConfiguration Management Engineer (Onsite) /b to join our office in bTurin /b (Italy) within thebDigital Product Platform Engineering /b Division. /p h3bMission /b /h3 pIn this role, you will support software configuration management activities related to product versioning and lifecycle management through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems.You will contribute to managing product changes, configuration items and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with suppliers, customers and Design Authorities.

You will also support Configuration Control Boards and participate in Design Reviews, ensuring the traceability, accuracy and consistency of product configuration data and related documentation. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul liSupport suppliers and customers in preparing Engineering Change Proposals and analyzing the impact of design changes on the product. /li liAnalyze and manage assigned tasks through the corporate PLM system, including Promotion Requests, Change Notices and the release of descriptive and supporting documentation. /li liOrganize internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) related to supply items and prepare the relevant meeting minutes. /li liAnalyze Configuration Management Plans and produce the related supporting documentation.



/li liSupport Design Authorities in managing design changes within PLM/PDM systems. /li liManage and control the structures of items catalogued in the corporate PLM/PDM system. /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General /p pMaster’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering or Computer Engineering /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liPrevious experience in configuration management, product lifecycle management or related engineering activities. /li liPrevious experience with PLM/PDM tools, such as bSerena, Windchill, Matrix, SAP or Teamcenter /b. /li liUnderstanding of product configuration management, change management and product lifecycle processes. /li liAbility to review and manage technical documentation and product configuration data. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. /li liGood command of written and spoken Italian and English, at B2 level or above. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, Design Authorities and other technical stakeholders. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li /ul h3bCompensation Data /b /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b(CNEL code I480).br/The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€35,000 /b and b€40,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
