We are looking for a night receptionist to join our team and stay with us year-round. We require flexibility and a willingness to work night shifts.

Your Profile
* Good knowledge of Italian, English, and German
* Work experience and/or a willingness to learn
* Basic computer skills Your

Responsibilities:
* Assisting guests and managing the front desk: handling check-in and check-out during the night,
* Responding to inquiries and phone calls, managing room access keys.
* Security: Ensuring the hotel’s security, monitoring entrances and exits,
* handling alarms and responding quickly to emergencies.
* Daily closing of the bar and the management system (Protel).
* Maintaining quiet hours: Ensuring peace and quiet and resolving conflicts between guests.
* Ensuring smooth operations at the hotel and the safety of guests during nighttime hours. Here’s what you can expect:
