Invii la sua candidatura facendo clic sul pulsante "Candidati".The role will work closely with the CFO and act as a key link between the Finance & Administration team and the broader financial activities of Revalue and its project companies.The successful candidate will support financial planning and controlling, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and management reporting, while also contributing to the financial monitoring and reporting of our renewable energy projects and project financing transactions.This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy platform and take increasing responsibility as the company and its portfolio continue to expand.ResponsibilitiesSupport the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management control activitiesCoordinate with the Finance & Administration team to ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial and accounting information used for management reportingPrepare and maintain periodic management reports, including actual vs. budget analysis, cash flow forecasts and variance analysisMonitor the financial performance of Revalue and its project companies (SPVs), identifying key trends and deviations from budget and business plansSupport the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across the Group and its project portfolioDevelop and maintain financial models and reporting tools to support management decision-makingSupport the CFO in monitoring project financing facilities, including financial reporting,



drawdowns, debt service, financial covenants and other relevant financing requirementsCoordinate financial information and reporting related to financed projects, working with internal teams, lenders and external advisors where requiredSupport the analysis of project performance against financial models and financing base casesContribute to the continuous improvement and digitalisation of financial controlling, reporting processes and internal proceduresSupport the CFO and management team on ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projectsQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related fieldAt least 3 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, audit, transaction services, project finance or similar financial rolesStrong analytical skills and excellent command of ExcelSolid understanding of financial xysqume statements, accounting principles and cash flow analysisAbility to analyse financial data and translate it into clear and meaningful management informationStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive and hands-on attitude, with the ability to work effectively across different teamsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFluency in Italian and EnglishPrevious experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure or project finance sectors is considered a plusExperience with a Big Four firm, particularly in Audit, Financial Advisory or related functions, is considered a plusSalary package€38,000-€45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based premio#J-18808-Ljbffr
