As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling Agile teams to work effectively, continuously improve, and deliver value in a predictable and sustainable way. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and ensure that Agile principles are effectively applied in practice. /p /brh3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 /brul /brliFacilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. /li /brliCoach Agile teams in Scrum principles, Agile values, and effective ways of working. /li /brliSupport teams in becoming increasingly self-u2011organized, collaborative, and accountable. /li /brliIdentify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.



/li /brliProactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and ensure appropriate follow-u2011up. /li /brliWork closely with Product Owners to support effective backlog refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning. /li /brliFacilitate collaboration between Product, Development, QA, Architecture, and other project stakeholders. /li /brliSupport teams in improving delivery predictability, flow, and transparency. /li /brliUse Agile metrics and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-u2011based discussions. /li /brliFacilitate conflict resolution and help teams address challenges in a constructive and collaborative way. /li /brliDrive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that retrospective actions are followed through. /li /brliSupport stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile principles and ways of working. /li /brliContribute to Agile transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of delivery practices across the organization. /li /brliAct as a servant leader and trusted partner for the team, Product Owner, and wider project stakeholders. /li /br /ul /brh3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field. /li /brliSeveral years of hands-u2011on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in complex or large-u2011scale environments. /li /brliStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices.



/li /brliProven experience coaching and supporting cross-u2011functional Agile teams. /li /brliStrong facilitation skills and the ability to effectively lead discussions with different stakeholder groups. /li /brliExperience identifying and removing impediments and managing cross-u2011team dependencies. /li /brliExperience supporting Product Owners with backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning. /li /brliStrong understanding of Agile metrics and experience using delivery data to identify improvement opportunities. /li /brliProven ability to drive continuous improvement and translate retrospective insights into concrete actions. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and manage difficult conversations. /li /brliExperience working in international and distributed teams is an advantage. /li /brliExperience in complex environments with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders is highly desirable. /li /brliStrong problem-u2011solving, conflict-u2011resolution, and negotiation skills. /li /brliAbility to coach teams and individuals while adapting the approach to different levels of Agile maturity. /li /brliA proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on value delivery and team effectiveness. /li /brliExperience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. /li /brliExperience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or other scaling frameworks is a plus. /li /brliScrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent is a plus. /li /brliExperience in a technical environment, software development, QA, or IT delivery is an advantage. /li /brliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
