Overview As Communications Business Partner, you will shape strategic internal and client communications for Southern Europe and South Africa. You will partner with regional leaders, HR and operations to drive engagement, change initiatives and stakeholder alignment with ADP/ESI objectives. You'll translate complex topics into clear messaging and manage campaigns, town halls and crisis communications where needed. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery across multiple markets, emphasizing measurable impact and cross-cultural collaboration.
