/li liSupport the planning and execution of validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. /li liEnsure products are validated effectively and released within agreed project timelines. /li liEvaluate and improve testing facilities, equipment, tools and overall testing capabilities. /li liCollaborate closely with RD, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Regulatory stakeholders. /li liDrive organisational improvements and support the integration of separate testing functions into one coordinated structure. /li liManage external testing partners and laboratories when specialised validation support is required. /li liContribute to future growth plans by assessing team capabilities, resource needs and long-term testing strategy. /li /ul h3Skills And Qualifications /h3 h3Must-Haves /h3 ul liPrevious experience leading a testing, validation or quality-related organisation or department. /li liPeople leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop technical teams. /li liStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, validation processes and continuous improvement practices. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liExperience driving process improvements and implementing structured ways of working. /li liEnglish language skills at B2 level or higher.
