Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic FMCG customers within the Transportation Business Unit. You combine strategic account management with a strong business development focus to drive growth and profitability. You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate across Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure outstanding service. Your impact comes from turning insights into actions that align with customer and business objectives. This is a chance to shape delivery excellence and contribute to the unit's profitability.
Responsabilità
Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers as their primary commercial partner
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and via new customer acquisition
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, and proposal development
Monitor operational and financial performance to meet customer expectations
Analyze customer KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements
Partner with Operations, Planning, Customer Service,



and Finance to ensure excellent service delivery
Act as trusted advisor to customers and contribute to growth and profitability of the Transportation BU
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Postgraduate qualification in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a strong plus
Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Management in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Solid commercial acumen and experience managing large, complex customer portfolios
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
