In this role, thanks to your technical background in engineering, garment construction, advanced materials and wearable technologies, you will support our RD teams in securing the technologies they create. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborating closely with our RD teams, you will identify potentially patentable inventions and features. /li liYou will participate in design reviews, prototype development, inventions assessments, disclosures and assessing their novelty and inventive potential, so to best evaluate suitability for patent protection. /li liYou will conduct patent landscape analyses, prior-art searches, whilst also monitoring new technology trends. /li liYou will also perform preliminary assessments for new products, technologies, materials and manufacturing processes. /li liYou will also support the review of third‑party patents and other intellectual property rights relevant to current and / or future projects. /li liMoreover,



you will also act as the technical point of contact for patent-related questions and intellectual property matters. /li liYou will also collaborate closely with our Legal Department on intellectual property matters. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in mechanical engineering, materials science, textile technology, industrial design engineering, physics, or a related technical disciplines are preferred but not essential if practical experience is strong. /li liApproximately 3–7 years of experience in a similar role. /li liUnderstanding of complex technical solutions, materials, construction methods, industrial manufacturing methods and product architectures. /li liExperience working on technical apparel, performance sportswear, motorcycle protective equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), advanced textiles, footwear, or wearable technology is highly desirable. /li liDemonstrated experience in patents, patent searches and procedures. Familiarity with Espacenet and patent search tools (e.g. Derwent Patent Search). /li liExperience in understanding of patentability criteria, patent prosecution procedures, and freedom‑to‑operate principles. /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and translate technical information and drawings, engineering and material specifications into clear, structured assessments. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English – bPlease note that this is a fully English speaking working environment. /b /li liCandidates must be well organized and detail‑oriented. /li /ul h3Compensation package /h3 pFrom €30,000 (Depending on experience) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
