but are not limited to:ulliFacilitating range control packets /liliInterim Authority To Test (IATT) and/or Authority To Operate (ATO) /liliSpectrum request processing /liliCONOP review, /liliClass V ammunition storage and shipments /liliIntra and Inter-theater transportation /liliSafety releases, air worthiness releases /liliInternational Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) export licenses and/or exemptions /liliForeign Disclosure releases /liliNetwork/COP integration /liliLife support /liliContracts, and agreements. /li /ul /liliPlanners should have experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), testing and experimentation on emerging technologies, military training and range management, and Joint operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbBasic Qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree and10 years’ experience as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer or Officer in the US military. /lili3+ years’ experience with military planning, design, and execution of Brigade or higher-level exercises. /liliExperience planning within the Joint Exercise Life Cycle framework. /liliJoint training, operations, and planning experience. /liliExperience working with commercial vendors. /lilipU.S. citizenship required /p /lilipActive Secret security clearance. /p /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliMilitary Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or equivalent qualification. /liliExperience in military range support / control operations and management. /liliKnowledge of emerging technologies to include Unmanned Air, Sea Ground Vehicles, C-UAS, Cyber/EW/Space capabilities,



Long Range Precision Munitions, and mission command, sustainment, and medical systems leveraging Super Intelligence (SI) capabilities. /li /ulh3Target Salary Range /h3p$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
