Abbott is seeking an experienced Interim Country Controller for Italy & Greece on a fixed-term basis. Based in Milan, you will provide hands-on financial leadership, partner with senior stakeholders, oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly closes, and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
You will drive performance, maintain a robust control environment, and lead a high-performing finance team in a matrix, international setting. Strong English and Italian fluency are required.
