For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pIn this role you will: /p ul liManage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality /li liMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress,qualityand safety /li liAssistin completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality /li liBe a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices /li liCoordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement /li liIdentifyissues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively /li liImplement andmonitorkey project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions /li liImplement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that thisprocedure isalways observed /li liLead and attend key meetings tomonitorprogress,



actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners /li liReview proposed variations and delays in the works. /li /ul pWe would love to hear from you if you: /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience /li li7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy) ul liIdeally in the Nordics, with full work rights in Finland /li /ul /li liStrong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, local codes, and statutory requirements, including breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems /li liSkilled in contractor/vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders), design management, and general project administration /li liCertified in project management (e.g. PMP) or actively working toward certification — support provided /li liProven experience on international projects with awareness of cultural and DEI considerations /li liFamiliar with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and computer skills /li liDetail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, open,
