THE GPS JOURNEY – HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED
The GPS Product Development & Technology Program follows a clear and progressive structure, designed to
accelerate
your
growth
while expanding your technical and business exposure.
Phase 1 – Local Entry & Foundations
Your journey starts with a
6?month internship
in your
home country
, where you will:
work on
concrete technical topics
linked to systems, components or projects
build
strong foundations
in engineering methods, system thinking and integration
get
onboarded
into Stellantis culture, standards and development processes
This phase allows you learn fast, understand how products and technologies are developed, and start creating value early on.
Phase 2 – International Experience
International exposure
is a core pillar of the GPS Product Development & Technology Program.
The second phase consists of a
24?month international assignment
through the
VIE
program
(Volontariat International en Entreprise), a structured initiative that enables you to work in another country while being fully integrated into Stellantis' organization.
During this phase, you will:
work in a
different European country
(or abroad)
experience a
new technological domain
, project or development context
collaborate with multicultural and cross?functional teams
strengthen autonomy, adaptability and a global product development mindset
This experience is designed to
broaden your perspective
and accelerate both professional and personal growth.
After the international experience, you
return to your home country and function
, where you:

are interested in starting your career through a

demonstrate
strong learning agility, curiosity

problem?solving skills
are motivated by

are fluent in the
local language of the hosting country

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process includes an
online assessment phase
