You will support new product launches, process development and digital transformation, collaborating across production, quality, engineering and sales to提升 safety, quality and productivity. You will implement IT/OT integrations, analyze data for OEE gains and lead AI-driven solutions for process optimization and predictive maintenance. This role offers exposure to Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives and cross-functional global projects that shape manufacturing strategies.Design and implement IT/OT integration solutions linking production equipment, automation systems, MES, ERP and cloud platformsAnalyze manufacturing processes and data to improve OEE, reduce waste and enhance performanceDevelop and support automation, robotics, digitalization and AI-based solutions for optimization and qualityCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales to define manufacturing strategies and projectsCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation,
