Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. /p h3Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager (1.0 FTE) - (home based in EU). /h3 h3About this role /h3 pAs part of our bCDS Ophthalmology /b teams you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. /p pThe bProject Manager /bwill plan and pro-actively manage multidisciplinary study teams (including Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory and Safety) to ensure key milestones are achieved and studies are performed within budget, on schedule and in compliance with the appropriate - and quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ulliLead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks /liliDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines /liliAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders /liliMonitor project performance, including financials and profitability /liliEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements /liliAllocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers /liliReport progress and elevate issues where needed /liliSupport business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses /liliMentor junior Project Managers when required /li /ul h3Qualifications:
