h3JOB TITLE LOCATION /h3pAs Continuous Improvement Engineer EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence initiatives across our manufacturing sites in EMEA. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager EMEA, you will partner closely with plant leadership teams, Continuous Improvement leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable performance improvements, standardize best practices and strengthen operational capabilities across the region. acting as a change agent to drive adoption of new ways of working, facilitating operational excellence initiatives and ensuring the consistent application of standards across the region. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliSupport the implementation of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across EMEA manufacturing sites. /liliCoach and support local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies. /liliFacilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, visual management and standard work implementation. /liliDeliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies and capability development. /liliSupport the execution and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives. /liliTrack project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across EMEA sites. /liliDevelop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment. /liliLead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance. /liliAct as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies. /liliAct as a change agent across the EMEA region, driving engagement, adoption and sustainability of Continuous Improvement initiatives and best practices. /liliPartner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR teams to drive operational performance improvement. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or a related technical, manufacturing or operations discipline /lili3-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement environments. /liliStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.
