For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress,qualityand safety Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement Implement andmonitorkey project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that thisprocedure isalways observed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience ~7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy) ~ Strong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, local codes, and statutory requirements,



including breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems Skilled in contractor/vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders), design management, and general project administration Certified in project management (e.g. PMP) or actively working toward certification — support provided Proven experience on international projects with awareness of cultural and DE&I; considerations Familiar with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and computer skills All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
